Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, part-time Bookkeeper to join the Jeremiah Johnson Brewing Company team.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

This position offers flexibility of schedule and will start at 8-16 hours per week. There is always room for more hours and responsibility once you get started.

Duties:

- Utilize Quickbooks Online

- Work with Toast POS to enter onsite daily bar transactions into Quickbooks Online
- Perform technical accounting tasks including double-entry bookkeeping and general ledger reconciliation
- Manage Accounts receivable and Accounts payable
- Conduct regular reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper in a small business
- Proficiency in technical accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with debits and credits, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation and financial statement preparation
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Quickbooks Online
- Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles
- Ability to reconcile complex accounts and extract necessary information
