**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software quickbooks
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare and submit payroll information
- Assist with financial reporting and budget preparation
- Support the organization with clerical tasks related to accounting
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience with payroll processing and financial software
- Familiarity with Sage, Quicken, Xero, or similar accounting software
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures
- Previous experience in corporate accounting is a plus
