Position: Part-Time Bookkeeper
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
Location: Metairie, LA

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various bookkeeping tasks and administrative support, working closely with our Regional Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Maintain organized filing systems
• Order and manage office supplies
• Download and install software on Apple iPads
• Assist the regional business manager as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of QuickBooks
• Proficient with Apple iPads
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to learn and adapt to proprietary software
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
