Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to cover the Southeast region, which includes LA, AR, TN, SC, FL, GA, AL, and MS. The Regional Sales Manager will lead, manage, and develop the product categories for Kwik Bond. They will be responsible to develop and grow the product categories and achieve the set strategic business goals & objectives.
Specific Responsibilities:
· Maintain and increase new prospects in the bridge deck preservation, rehabilitation, maintenance, and repair markets for existing and new structures.
· Sell in all project delivery settings, including design-bid-build, Design Build, PPP, DBFOM, and etc.
· Create and develop new business opportunities or products to current and new customers. Involved in Marketing, developing, and selling value proposition.
· Manage all quotes, bids, purchase orders, submittals and other documentation as required by the contractor, engineer, and owner.
· Oversee the entire process from first contact onward to reviewing all drawings, specifications, bid, and contract documents; including installations already in service.
· Administer sales presentations, meetings, and design consultations via over web video and/or in person as required.
· Cooperate with construction professionals including estimators, project managers, superintendents, foremen, tradesmen, civil engineers, construction inspectors and owners.
· Contribute to overall marketing and business development efforts of the company, which may include attending relevant conferences as an exhibitor and/or participant.
Qualifications/Experience/Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or Engineering
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction field setting
· Must be able to work from home office, plus travel at least 2-3 days per week on average.
· The ideal candidate has the following credentials:
Training in reinforced Concrete Design
Experience on State DOT structure projects
Existing relationships with heavy civil designers, contractors and DOT’s
