Bingo Supervisor supervises the daily activities in the bingo department. Supervises and evaluates bingo personnel. Being a Bingo Supervisor resolves disputes over the game by verifying numbers called. Confirms and authorizes winning bingo cards. Additionally, Bingo Supervisor may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Bingo Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. - Responsible for cash and other cash equivalents in assigned bank while maintain accuracy.
- Communicates with co-workers to ensure winners are handled correctly.
- Maintains the highest level of confidentiality.
- Leads by setting a positive example to all associates.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.

AGE and GAMING
21 years of age or above
Gaming property – Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED is required.
TESTING
Must be able to pass the Basic Math Test with 85%, must take the required testing identified for this position.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a thorough understanding and some knowledge in the appropriate software, to include Bingo Management systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and Microsoft Outlook. Public speaking is required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as addition subtraction and multiplication tables.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Essential responsibilities include moderate to light physical ability such as lift or maneuver at least thirty (30) pounds, and standing/walking 100% of the shift. Able to maneuver all areas of the Bingo Room – including stairs. Bending, stooping and stretching of arms during assigned shift.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an Associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. When on the casino floor, the noise level increases to loud. When on the casino floor or other designated areas may be subjected to tobacco smoke.
