Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bindery Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various bindery equipment to produce high-quality printed materials.

Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, and stitchers
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while handling equipment
- Assist in other production tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Experience in operating bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, and stitchers
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks
- Knowledge of color management for printing processes
- Familiarity with CNC machining and screen printing techniques
- Ability to perform quality control checks on finished products
- Forklift operation experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to fabricate materials accurately
