What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a competent Billing Specialist responsible for completing the billing process for customers. You also will work with the customer service and contracts departments to resolve discrepancies.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Review all customer orders to be processed
- Verify pricing & freight terms
- Verify UPS/FedEx/Courier tracking information
- Accurately billing customer orders
- Work with customer service and contracts departments regarding any discrepancies
- Generate invoices within 48 hours
What You Bring to the Table:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
- Strong communication, organization & analytical skills
- Results-driven and patient
- Dependable & flexible
- Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail
- Proficiency in English
- High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
