We are looking for a diligent Billing Clerk in the cleaning industry to join our team located in Everett, Washington. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity in an onsite workplace. As a Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for handling billing activities, processing financial transactions, and maintaining confidentiality in all matters relating to the company's employees.
Responsibilities- Manage and process all billing to customers and other divisions monthly, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Carry out timekeeping responsibilities for a team of employees
- Handle core general office tasks, financial operations, and production operations
- Work with Purchase Orders (PO’s) and ensure correct documentation
- Process security badging and maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects for employees
- Delegate and manage other projects as required
- Maintain and update accurate customer credit records
- Monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary actions to collect delinquent payments
- Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Use various accounting software systems, including Microsoft Excel and Office Suites, to process transactions and maintain records.
