Job Title: Slot Bench Technician at The Rivers Casino Pittsburgh

Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Slot Bench Technician to join our team. As a Slot Bench Technician, you will be responsible for performing advanced repairs and maintenance tasks on slot machines and associated gaming equipment. Your expertise in component-level circuit board repairs will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our slot machines, minimizing downtime, and maintaining a comprehensive inventory of necessary parts.

Responsibilities:

• Execute advanced repairs and component-level circuit board repairs to uphold the inventory of slot machine associated equipment.
• Conduct maintenance and repairs on slot machines, slot machine parts, and other gaming-related equipment.
• Participate in the installation, movement, and removal of gaming-related equipment, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Maintain a detailed list of repaired parts and effectively communicate when parts need to be ordered.
• Take charge of troubleshooting and implementing preventive maintenance for all slot machines and associated equipment.
• Identify and rectify errors, performing necessary adjustments, repairs, and replacements of equipment as needed.
• Uphold accurate gaming logs to ensure compliance with state and internal regulations.
• Ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members, prioritizing a secure gaming environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two-year electronic degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a casino technician.
• Thorough understanding of repair and maintenance procedures, including slot machine installation and table games equipment repair and maintenance.
• Proficient knowledge of casino management systems.
• Proficiency in consistently working with hand tools and electrical equipment.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in written format, enabling seamless interaction with team members and guests.
• Basic mathematical skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise, bright lights, smoke, and dust.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process.
• Flexibility to work flexible shifts, including holidays, and adapt to changing schedules.

Certifications:

• Obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License. Rivers Casino will assist in the application process and pays the fee associated with the gaming license.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.

• Capacity to lift and pull up to 50lbs regularly.
• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and stooping.
