Ascend Behavioral Health seeks an experienced and enthusiastic Case Manager to provide services in the treatment of adolescent patients with mental health, academic, gang and other high-risk exposure, as well as SUD concerns. This position is responsible for conducting individual, group, and family counseling as well as case management services.

Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in in counseling, psychology, social work or related field.
Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years in the field of mental health/advocacy/intervention/working with youth. Experience with co-occurring substance use disorders and treatment modalities required.
Skills: Documentation Skills, Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Ability to operate within Electronic Health Records (EHR) system. Analyzing Information, Decision Making, Research Skills, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, People Skills, Resolving Conflict, People Management, Integrity.
Certificates & Licenses: Valid Driver’s License, CPR/First AID, RAD-T or SUD certification preferred
Other Requirements: Negative TB test results within past year, Medical Clearance to work within past year, Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
