Barista jobs in New Hampshire

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team as a lead on all things coffee. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee preparation, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage a busy environment. This role requires availability from Thursday to Saturday during daytime hours and flexibility for other shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead our coffee program and ensure high standards in coffee preparation and presentation.
• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffees and beverages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing all frequently asked questions with ease.
• Assist with various bakery tasks during low coffee demand periods.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift, ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a barista.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, busy atmosphere.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a dedication to outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to request clarification when needed.
