- Provide barbering services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims
- Perform hair styling and grooming services according to client preferences and current trends
- Sanitize tools and equipment before and after each use to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and trends in barbering
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients
- Manage appointments and maintain a well-organized schedule
- Assist with store management tasks, such as inventory management and product ordering
- Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure smooth operations of the barbershop
```Requirements:```
- Valid barbering or cosmetology license
- Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions and managing cash register
- Knowledge of color theory for hair coloring services
- Experience in nail care, eyelash extensions, or hair extensions is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Ability to mentor junior barbers and provide guidance on techniques and best practices
