-Greet and assist walk-ins, appointments, and returning customers in a friendly and professional manner
-Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers looking for glass replacement and/or repairs
-Provide glass replacement and repair quotes and schedule appointments in a timely and professional manner
-Locate and source auto-glass parts in a timely and cost-effective manner
Qualifications:
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
-Ability to coordinate projects and prioritize task to meet deadlines
-Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
