• Analyze project specifications and drawings to ensure accuracy in estimating
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to gather necessary information for estimates
• Review and evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals
• Assist in the development of project budgets and schedules
• Provide cost analysis and value engineering recommendations
• Keep detailed and organized records of all estimates and related documentation

Qualifications:

• Experience as a construction estimator
• Proficiency in estimating software
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and organized
