Auditing Supervisor supervises the day-to-day execution of a comprehensive enterprise-wide internal auditing strategy, function, and practice adhering to auditing standards and regulatory requirements. Supports auditing teams with resources, training, expertise, and problem-solving help to complete auditing projects. Being an Auditing Supervisor uses auditing governance frameworks and procedures to plan and manage the auditing schedules, projects, teams, and tasks required to meet defined objectives. Engages with other functions across the enterprise, like risk, finance, information technology, and security, to facilitate audits. Additionally, Auditing Supervisor prepares audit reports, documentation, and recommendations for enhanced controls or processes. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require or be working towards a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Typically reports to a manager. The Auditing Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Auditing Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Position Summary: The supervisor is accountable for the training, cleaning, inspecting, and follow-up of all accounts in the designated territory.
Summary of Essential Position Functions:
- Training new hires on the company’s policies and procedures
- Train and support employees at each facility to ensure clear responsibilities and thorough work inspections.
- Completing daily scheduled inspections as per the detailed schedule.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction- following up on customer issues within 24 hours of complaint
- It is important to maintain the inventory in the building by ordering necessary supplies when required.
- Oversee staff to ensure all duties are completed per task schedule.
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Develop a presence and relationship with customers and employees
- MUST MAINTAIN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
- 2-3 years Janitorial Experience
- 2-3 years of previous supervisor experience required
- Must be able to multi-task and work independently and as a member of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Experience in a service environment is preferred
Shift: Evening shift
Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
