Auditing Manager executes a comprehensive enterprise-wide internal auditing strategy, function, and practice adhering to auditing standards and regulatory requirements. Uses auditing governance frameworks and procedures to plan and manage the auditing schedules, projects, teams, and tasks required to meet defined objectives. Being an Auditing Manager engages with other functions across the enterprise, like risk, finance, information technology, and security, to facilitate audits. Prepares audit reports and recommends enhanced controls or processes as needed. Additionally, Auditing Manager builds auditing teams and expertise with coaching and developmental initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). May sometimes require Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Typically reports to a director. The Auditing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Auditing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Job Summary :

    As a Self-Storage Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and cleanliness of our self-storage facilities.

    You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing repair requests, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the property.

    This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

    Responsibilities :

    • Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and cleanliness issues.
    • Perform maintenance and repairs on storage units, doors, locks, gates, fences, lighting systems, and other facility infrastructure.
    • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from customers and address issues in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and facilities are operating efficiently and safely. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
    • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the property, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
    • Assist in snow removal and landscaping tasks as needed.
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and guidelines.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    Qualifications :

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in maintenance, facilities management, or related field preferred.
    • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry skills.
    • Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools safely and effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks as required.
    • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude.
