The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of all aspects of our retail stores, from staffing and inventory management to customer service and sales performance. Key Responsibilities
Store Operations:
· Oversee daily operations of retail stores to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
· Implement and monitor store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
· Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.
Staff Management:
· Recruit, train, and manage store staff, including sales associates, supervisors, and support staff.
· Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development to team members.
· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote high levels of employee engagement and morale.
Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
· Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize shrinkage.
· Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
· Implement inventory control procedures to track and manage stock movements.
Customer Service:
· Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all stores.
