Our Associates assist students and their families in person, over the phone, and virtually by sharing information and providing guidance as students navigate the administrative aspects of their enrollment at NDSU.

The mission of the One Stop team is to positively impact the student experience, one interaction at a time.

Work Schedule : Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm

Advertised Salary : $40,000

Minimum Qualifications :

• Understanding of the importance of diversity and inclusion in higher education.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data / information to make independent decisions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills including both interpersonal and public speaking.
• Strong technology skills with spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software.
• Proven ability to work as a team member with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet expectations in a fast-paced and dynamic, customer-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Prior work experience in higher education student services.
• Experience with student administrative systems such as PeopleSoft, Banner, etc.
• Experience with imaging and work flow systems such as Perceptive Content (Image Now).
• Previous experience with cash handling / account reconciliation.
