Job Summary

As a Manufacturing Systems Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in leading plant systems integration projects, providing mentorship and training, and ensuring the smooth operation of our client's manufacturing systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead plant systems integration projects, overseeing the implementation of various systems including SAP, MII, SQL, MES, Wonderware, and InTouch.
• Manage the plant's Ethernet OT network, ensuring optimal performance and connectivity.
• Oversee the plant server environment, including maintenance, updates, and backups.
• Manage plant databases and reporting systems, ensuring accurate data storage and organization.
• Implement and maintain plant systems security measures, including Active Directory management and VPN access.
• Provide support for robotic transportation systems, including IT infrastructure integration.
• Identify and implement modern solutions to address factory needs and challenges.
• Train and mentor team members on plant systems functionality and best practices.

Education/ Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, supply chain operations, and/or IT Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in Wonderware manufacturing software and/or SAP manufacturing applications.
• Strong knowledge of database management and SQL queries.
• Experience with PLC programming and ladder logic.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in configuring data exchange between Wonderware and SAP (MII application).
• Knowledge of Tableau or similar report visualization tools.
• Strong proficiency in SAP usage and transactions.

Expected Areas of Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong programming skills and ability to write scripts.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing systems integration and design.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
