Aboutthe Role(FullTime) :

• Deliverengaging and stimulating Drama lessons across the curriculumfostering a love of theatre performance and the power ofstorytelling.
• Cultivate a positive andinclusive classroom environment where all students feel empoweredto explore their creativity and express themselves throughdrama.
• Motivate and support students to achievetheir full potential in Drama encouraging them to develop criticalthinking communication skills and confidence through actingimprovisation and various theatricaltechniques.
• Play a key role in directing schoolproductions providing students with valuable performanceexperience.
• Collaborate with colleagues in theDrama department to further develop the curriculum resources andopportunities for student participation intheatre.
