A large-scale HOA located in Rockville, MD is seeking an upbeat and skilled Office Administrator. The right candidate must be flexible and enjoy a small yet busy work environment. We are looking for a “good fit” for the Management Team. As part of the management team, the Office Administrator’s primary role is to provide general administrative support, but cross training is necessary. This includes being the initial point of contact for residents in person, over the phone, and via email. Primary responsibilities: primary point of contact for residents, resident orientation, paper and electronic file maintenance, issuing parking permits, pool passes, and shuttle passes, room rental reservations, maintaining community calendar, mail sorting and preparation, invoice preparation, website updates, email preparation, social media updates, and other general office duties.
