Salary Range : $90,000-$115,000

Job Responsibilities :

• Supervise and delegate work assignments to team members across manufacturing departments, ensuring optimal resource allocation and task completion.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing or work-related challenges by collaborating closely with assigned personnel.
• Oversee the training, development, and performance management of direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Implement and maintain daily visual management (DVM) practices to monitor project progress, performance metrics, and alignment with company objectives.
• Serve as a liaison between project managers and production teams, facilitating resource allocation, escalations, and estimates.
• Participate in quality management initiatives, recommend corrective actions, and contribute to problem-solving and improvement activities.
• Provide technical expertise and support for customer equipment in the field.
• Review engineering drawings and suggest modifications to enhance assembly processes and product functionality.
• Cultivate talent through structured employee development plans, one-on-one meetings, and career pathing opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to established quality standards and compliance with the business quality management system (BQMS).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, promoting a culture of safety and accountability.

Requirements :

• Completion of a recognized technical or similar program through college or university, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in an automation / manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Outstanding commitment level with a technical aptitude or background.
• Knowledge of mechanical drawings, electrical diagrams, pneumatics, and general assembly procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Physical Requirments :

• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to the floor.
• Capable of exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods of time and adherence to safety protocols.
