Job Description

Leftbank Art, a leader in handmade wall decor since 1971, is seeking a Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our team in La Mirada, CA. This full-time on-site role requires 3-5 years of experience in social media management along with experience in marketing support and content creation. The role focuses on managing our social media presence, executing marketing initiatives, and creating engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Manage the day-to-day execution of our social media strategy, including scheduling, posting, and community management across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Maintain a content calendar, scheduling posts one month in advance.
• Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, questions, and reviews within 24 hours to foster community engagement.
• Manage and grow Leftbank Art’s social media presence across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.

Marketing Support:

• Assist in the ideation, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  
  

Content Creation:

• Create compelling content for social media and digital materials, including engaging copy and high-quality visuals.
• Collaborate with the creative team on video production and photography to ensure consistent brand representation and alignment with our marketing objectives.
• Assist with writing projects as needed.
  
  

Analytics and Reporting:

• Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to inform and adjust strategies.
  
  

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Support, Sales, and Design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Attend tradeshows to capture real-time content for social media and provide event coverage.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, social media management, content marketing.
• Proficiency in using marketing and social media tools (e.g., HubSpot, Metricool).
• Experience with content creation.
• Familiarity with video production and photography for digital platforms, is preferred.
• Strong writing skills with a demonstrated ability to create engaging content.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and with cross-functional partners.
• Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and a self-starter.
• Agency experience is preferred but not required.
