Architect Supervisor jobs in Oklahoma

SUMMARY

This position is to provide technical advice and direction to organizations carrying out facilities activities through developing and implementing procedures. Includes internal controls for managing and tracking the assignment of work, personnel, and budgets for master plan construction, and minor construction maintenance projects.

POSITION DUTIES

• Monitor progress of projects or programs through the various stages.
• Recommend or making adjustments in schedules or scope of work to ensure that manpower, materials, and resources are used on a timely basis and produce optimum benefits.
• Develop procedures and instructions for determining and presenting engineering data to support project or program proposals for facilities.
• Collect and analyze data on engineering operations to determine optimum methods, equipment, skills utilization, and to establish workload and cost standards.

• Ability to gather pertinent facts, make thorough analyses and arrive and sound conclusions.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of overall experience.
• 5 Years Experience required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
