Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) conducts residential real estate appraisals to establish the market value generally used for lending, insurance, or other purposes. Follows standard processes for conducting on-site property inspections, data collection, and research relevant market conditions required to perform valuations. Being an Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) investigates the quality of the construction, the overall condition of the property, and the surrounding location. Uses generally accepted appraisal practice concepts and practices to perform data analysis, develop valuation estimates, and write comprehensive reports and exhibits. Additionally, Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) utilizes appraisal software tools and databases. Ensures that reports comply with required policies, formats, and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. May require the Member of the Appraisal Institute (SRA) or similar designation. Requires a State Appraiser License. Typically reports to a manager. The Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     What We Do

    As a Title Examiner, you'll play a vital role in examining titles to determine the legal condition of property title, primarily focusing on residential properties. You'll analyze and summarize recorded documents that impact property title, working independently to establish the chain of title and resolve any issues that arise.

    What You'll Do

    • Conduct title examinations for a variety of residential properties, analyzing the chain of title
    • Abstract and analyze records to determine ownership, legal restrictions, and property descriptions
    • Resolve discrepancies and issues within title documentation
    • Prepare initial title commitment documentation following procedural guidelines
    • Review reports for accuracy and provide underwriting interpretation as needed
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    What You'll Bring

    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

    Salary Range

    $21.63 - $24.03 per hour
