ME Commercial is seeking an ambitious and outgoing professional to join the team as an Associate focused on commercial real estate, specifically retail and industrial leasing and sales. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your real estate career alongside industry-leading professionals to grow your skillset in a full-service brokerage and property management environment, gaining hands-on experience in the real estate industry.

A brokerage associate will be responsible for prospecting new clients, negotiating terms for real estate transactions, and preparing and completing lease and sale transactions. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.

This is a commission-driven role that is best fit for individuals with experience in similar positions. The selected candidate(s) will be onboarded and trained on an initial salary pending their development of a suitable base of business to become their primary means of compensation. At ME Commercial, there is unlimited commission potential, as well as other opportunities to maximize compensation.
