Responsibilities- Manage Legal Applications: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and support of legal applications, with a primary focus on Aderant and other relevant software used in the legal industry
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for legal applications, Citrix environments, and related technologies
- System Administration: Manage and administer Citrix environments, including XenApp and XenDesktop, to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to resolve technical issues, implement upgrades, and optimize software integrations
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of applications support specialists, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure high-quality support services
- Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security measures, data protection protocols, and compliance standards related to legal applications and technology systems
- Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials for legal applications and support processes
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancements within the applications and support function
- Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and management for software licenses, maintenance contracts, and IT support services related to legal applications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role managing applications and support services, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
- Strong knowledge and experience supporting legal applications, with a focus on Aderant or other legal practice management software
- Experience managing Citrix environments, including XenApp and XenDesktop, and familiarity with virtualization technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Leadership and team management skills with experience leading a technical support team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, data privacy regulations, and compliance requirements in the legal industry
- Certifications such as Citrix Certified Associate (CCA) or Aderant Expert certification are a plus
