Position SummaryUnder the general direction of the IT Applications Support Coordinator, serves to support the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions/ ERP system for LSU Health-New Orleans and LSU Health-Shreveport. Incumbent provides assistance to the user community on LSUHSC policies and procedures that relate to the operation and use of the Student Administration systems. In addition to providing end-user functional support, the incumbent facilitates application setup, security, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, and processes needed to support the Student Administration departments.
