We are currently seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our team as a Site Supervisor and Mental Health Counselor. This unique role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our outpatient program while also providing essential mental health counseling services to our clients.
Rate of pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour (Salary position)!
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral sciences field.
Experience and Training: All Site Supervisors will undergo comprehensive training surrounding management systems, as well as adherence to structure, routines, and environment management. Minimum of one year experience in behavioral healthcare services for children and adolescents. Experience to include both work and clinical internships. Must have, or be in training, to receive certification in the treatment of sexually aggressive youth in at least a 60-credit hour academic and practicum program with competency evaluation and testing. Certification is a requirement within one year of the date of hire.

This position will be responsible for the facilitation of therapy in a variety of specific identified needs including the development/implementation of an individualized treatment plan, documentation of therapeutic experience via report writing and communication with referral sources and other professionals, and to provide an atmosphere conducive to wellness.
You must be at least 21 years old. Ability to obtain Act 33 clearances, Criminal History and FBI Act 73 clearances. A valid driver's license is required. Ability to pass Safe Crisis Management is also required.
