Position
Oversee the sales to the company’s plush and amusement industry customers and small custom merchandise sales. Manage the sales operations of existing accounts, contact prospective customers and maintain a daily work schedule to adequately ensure the satisfaction of all customers in this sales division. Provide professional, clear and timely responses to customer requests consistent with policies, marketing goals and objectives of the company. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up, if necessary, to ensure resolution. Exercise discretion when necessary to protect confidential information and the business interests of the company and its customers
