Position: Business Development: Cannabis, New Mexico

Location: Missoula, MT (90-120 days onboarding) and New Mexico (50% of the time)

Responsibilities:

Dive headfirst into Sinful Beverages' bold culture and operations in Missoula for the first 90-120 days.

Master our products, processes, and company ethos.

Be the boots in New Mexico, taking on high-stakes operations and strategic initiatives. Utilizing our unique culture as the keystone to success. 

Navigate and conquer New Mexico's unique challenges, including high crime rates, diverse cultural dynamics, and local market complexities.

Work with our fearless cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations between Montana and New Mexico.

Identify and implement badass improvements to maximize efficiency and impact.

Lead the charge in launching and promoting new products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities in both locations to fuel brand growth.

Qualifications:

College Degree Preferred

Proven track record in the cannabis industry, with a solid background in product management.

Unshakeable resilience and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.

Deep cultural competence and experience working in diverse settings and cultures, particularly with Latino and Indigenous communities.

Killer communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to dominate in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
