Annuities Supervisor (New Business) supervises a group of Annuities Representatives responsible for handling the needs of new applicants. Ensures compliance with all regulations and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations which pertain to annuities applications. Being an Annuities Supervisor (New Business) is responsible for handling the more complicated client service issues such as contract exceptions or complaints referred by staff. May be responsible for developing or improving annuities application processes in order to facilitate the acquisition of new business. Qualifications:
College Degree Preferred
Proven track record in the cannabis industry, with a solid background in product management.
Unshakeable resilience and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
Deep cultural competence and experience working in diverse settings and cultures, particularly with Latino and Indigenous communities.
Killer communication and interpersonal skills.
