We are looking for a Recruiter / HR Director to help serve the growing demand for our services! Visiting Angels has over 19 years in the community as the provider of choice in-home care.

• A proven track record in the area of Human Resources, Hiring and Retention - 5 years min
• Reside in the Stark County area! I buy locally!

Position Responsibilities :

• Hiring / Terminating.
• Delivering disciplinary actions.
• Orienting, developing and retaining employees.
• Maintaining all employee files and benefits.
• Reporting to the owner.
• Maintaining and organized, structured and detailed day / week / month.
• On-Call - carrying the after-hours phone on a rotation.
• Canvasing the community.

Requirements and Benefits :

• You must own your auto and have auto insurance.
• You must live in Stark County.
• You must have at least 5 years of experience in HR and have a bachelor's degree in some area of Business.
• Smokers need not apply.
• You must be able to pass a drug test and background screening.
• Vision, Dental and Life insurance are offered at the low cost of $5 / pay.
• Major Medical negotiable.

Compensation :

$65,000.00 to $70,000.00
