Responsibilities :
Administrative Support : Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the Account Executive and Advertising Compliance Manager.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and hard copy.
Client Support : Assist with client communication and relationship management as directed by the Account Executive. Coordinate client meetings, prepare meeting materials, and ensure follow-up on action items.
Provide support in preparing client proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Compliance Management : Work closely with the Advertising Compliance Manager to ensure all advertising materials meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Assist in conducting compliance reviews of advertising campaigns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal guidelines. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advertising regulations and industry best practices.
Project Coordination : Support the Account Executive in project management tasks, including coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
Assist in tracking project progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
Documentation and Reporting : Assist in the preparation of documentation, reports, and presentations for client meetings and internal reviews.
Compile data and generate reports related to advertising compliance activities.
