Job Description
As a Field Service Mechanic with a focus on rotating equipment, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing various types of machinery. You will work on a wide range of equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, and more. This role requires a strong understanding of rotating equipment and the ability to troubleshoot and address complex mechanical issues.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on rotating equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct thorough equipment assessments to identify potential problems and develop solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to provide outstanding service and build strong relationships.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical degree or certification in mechanical or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, and turbines.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in diverse industrial settings and varying conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
