Position: Temporary Credit (Accounts Receivable) Supervisor

Location: Rocky Mount, NC

Pay: $25/hr

Experience: Minimum of two years of credit management experience in manufacturing or wholesale.

Education: 4-year college degree required including accounting courses.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm

Greene Resources is seeking a Temporary Credit (Accounts Receivable) Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Ensure customer accounts are updated correctly by maintaining accurate cash posting procedures.
• Develop and implement collection strategies for delinquent accounts.
• Approve new accounts and assign credit limits.
• Review orders on credit hold and release them for shipment based on account status.
• Prepare daily reconciliation of subsidiary accounts to the general ledger.
• Issue monthly reports and analysis of accounts.
• Recommend doubtful accounts for charge-off for approval by the VP of Finance and Administration.
• Train, schedule, assign, and review the performance of Credit Dept staff.
• Monitor cash posting to accounts and handle account maintenance.
• Review customer deduction reports for distribution to Customer Service and Sales Depts.
• Monitor and track company DSO.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
