Job Overview:

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial concepts and possess excellent analytical skills. Duties:

- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in using accounting software and financial software
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
- Strong knowledge of debits and credits, as well as account analysis
- Excellent math skills with the ability to perform basic calculations accurately
- Experience with telemarketing or phone etiquette is beneficial
