Summary

Accounts Receivable Quality Analyst main objective is to ensure that accounts processed are free of defects and meet an organization's quality standards. They analyze and find the trends; understand the stage the account lies at and shares the analysis for process improvement.

What you'll do

• Conduct regular audits based on the audit frequency
• Maintain the working knowledge of Quality standards
• Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project
• Work as part of a team and achieve the team quality and productivity standards
• Measured based on the Productivity and Quality

What you have

• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare insurance accounts receivable follow up
• Working directly with Medicare, Medical, TPL or commercial insurance payers
• Experience identifying billing errors and resubmitting claims as well as following up on payment errors, low reimbursement and denials.
• Experience reviewing EOB and HCFA 1500 forms to conduct A/R activities.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable practices, medical business office procedures, coordination of benefit rules and denial overturns and third-party payer billing and reimbursement procedures and practices
• Experience navigating payer sites for appeals/reconsiderations, benefits verification and online claims follow up
• Demonstrated success working both individually and in a team environment.
• Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with payers, understanding complex information and accurately documenting the encounter.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance objectives.
• Commitment to a high level of customer service
• Experience with NextGen PM and Waystar-Zirmed Denial management tools
