Viking is seeking someone to take on accounts receivable and administrative roles within the company. Ideal candidate will be a problem solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. Candidate should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks and providing support to coworkers.
BASIC FUNCTION: Performs all administrative functions for the Company
Responsibilities- Answering Phones
- Processing incoming payments
- Update customer billing information
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Ensures proper documentation and approvals are obtained
- Files and Scans documentation including invoices and reports
- Assists with Customers account questions and processes payments on accounts as needed
- Performs other tasks as required
PREFERRED EDUCATION (NOT REQUIRED): Some college with major in accounting.
EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in accounts receivable preferred
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities- Interpersonal skills.
- Computer skills.
- Ability to do basic arithmetic, read and write, follow instructions and complete forms.
- Self motivated
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a high regard for details
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to learn our Accounting and Point of Sale Software
- Sit for long periods of time.
- Manual dexterity.
