Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, from invoicing to payment processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all accounting tasks.

Duties:

- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Maintain vendor and client records

-Pay vendors

- Process cash payments to patients' account

-Post charges to patients' account

-Follow-up with insurance

Skills:

Required Skills:
- Experience in accounts receivable and payable functions
- Understanding of financial concepts and practices

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Sage and EPIC systems
- Previous experience in general accounting tasks
