May utilize accounting software and systems to manage invoices and payments. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Accounts Payable Clerk works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline.     - Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits

    - Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted

    - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

    - Assist with month-end closing activities, including journal entries and general ledger reconciliation

    Requirements:

    - Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role

    - Familiarity with accounting software Quickbooks Online

    - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices

    - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently

    - Excellent organizational and time-management skills

    Nice-to-have Skills:

    - Experience working with journal entries and general ledger reconciliation
