Description
Worldwide leader seeks an Accounting Manager with general ledger expertise and proven financial reporting skills. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounts payable/receivable transactions, assisting with the month/year-end close process, overseeing general ledger activities, managing data collection, preparing monthly financial reports, managing tax reconciliations, and analyzing variances. We are looking for an Accounting Manager with a solid financial analysis skillset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong understanding of GAAP standards, and the capacity to multitask while meeting critical deadlines.
What you get to work on daily- Oversee general ledger accounts
- Account Reconciliation
- Manage month-end/year-end audits
- Review and approve employee expense reports
- Prepare financial statements/reports
- Assist with the budgeting process
- Process Improvement Initiatives
- Coordinate annual audit process
The ideal Accounting Manager MUST have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Other requirements for the Accounting Manager role include and are not limited to:- 5 years’ G/L and Reporting experience
- 2 years supervisory experience
- Any ERP, preferably SAP
- Excellent time management skills
