This role demands not only keen analytical and systems skills but also exceptional prioritization and organizational abilities. Effective communication is key, fostering cohesion and collaboration within our dynamic team.

Job Description

• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, managing accruals, variance analysis, and error remediation.
• Ensure accounting records, monthly accounting close activities, and variance analysis are adequately and properly prepared, maintained and explained in a timely manner
• Understand the transactional flow through the various systems to monitor and ensure accurate financial results.
• Ability to mine for, manipulate and analyze large data sets
• Must be able to interpret results and summarize in a meaningful format to the Organization.
• Support business processes and make recommendations to improve and support systems and activities.
• Learn business drivers and their effect on financial results.

Requirements:

• Education: bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting degree
• 3-7 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Demonstrated success in roles requiring strong analytical, internal controls, and systems skills.
• Must possess strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional partners and leaders.
• Advanced excel skills using large data sets.
• Analytical capabilities to understand the data and derive actions if necessary.
• Supervisory: possible up to 4 reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
