Key Responsibilities
Credit Recovery
- Coordinate and facilitate credit recovery programs for students needing to retake courses to meet graduation requirements.
- Monitor and track students' progress in credit recovery courses, providing support and resources as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers and counselors to develop individualized learning plans for students in credit recovery.
Student Support
- Provide academic support and tutoring to students as needed.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students to encourage a supportive and productive learning environment.
- Assist students in developing effective study habits and academic strategies.
Test Proctoring
- Schedule and administer tests and exams for students, ensuring a secure and distraction-free environment.
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all testing materials and student information.
- Provide accommodations for students with special needs as per their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) or 504 Plans.
Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate regularly with teachers, counselors, and administrators regarding students' progress and any issues that arise.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Provide updates and reports to school leadership on lab activities and student outcomes.
Administrative Duties
