Here's Seyfarth's updated reference that summarizes noncompete and trade secret laws of all 50 states. I love and use these references and appreciate the time and work that goes into creating them. It's a confusing area of the law that combines statutes, case law, and the ability to understand what's truly at stake.

I don't know much about 401(k) retirement plans or their evil step-mother ERISA. This is primarily because they frighten and confuse me. And well, there are enough law things that are frightening and confusing, like most of them. And I have limits. So, here we are.
